This page provides support information for the MixAware iOS app.
MixAware provides informational risk education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or an emergency service.

For app support, account questions, privacy requests, or reports of incorrect or missing information, contact:

If this email is not active yet, replace it with your current support email before submitting the app to the App Store.
Account Deletion
You can delete your MixAware account inside the app:
- Open MixAware.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
After account deletion, MixAware will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your user account where technically and legally possible.
Report Incorrect or Missing Information
If you believe MixAware showed incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or confusing information, contact support and include:
- The substances or items you checked
- The result shown by the app
- Why you think the result may be incorrect or incomplete
- Your app version, if available
Do not include sensitive personal medical information unless necessary for the support request.
Emergency Help
MixAware is not for emergencies. If you or someone else may be experiencing overdose, poisoning, severe symptoms, suicidal intent, chest pain, trouble breathing, loss of consciousness, seizure, severe bleeding, severe allergic reaction, extreme confusion, or rapidly worsening symptoms, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
For poisoning concerns in the United States, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
